小型混凝土攪拌車操作系統(tǒng)由控制器、聯(lián)動(dòng)軸、軟軸及連桿機(jī)構(gòu)組成,主要控制攪拌筒的轉(zhuǎn)速及旋轉(zhuǎn)方向。攪拌車后部兩側(cè)各布置一套控制器，左右控制器可以實(shí)現(xiàn)聯(lián)動(dòng)，控制器上只有一根操縱桿，接出端分別通過連桿機(jī)構(gòu)連接到變量泵上，通過改變泵上控制柄的角度來調(diào)節(jié)油泵的流量，從而實(shí)現(xiàn)控制筒體轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)的方向和速度，通過左右移動(dòng)手柄來控制；該手柄同時(shí)還端通過軟軸連到發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)的油門上，在需要加大轉(zhuǎn)速時(shí)可上下移動(dòng)來操縱手柄，控制此操縱桿來實(shí)現(xiàn)筒體轉(zhuǎn)速的提高。

小型混凝土攪拌車液壓系統(tǒng)是由包括減速器和變量柱塞泵所組成的閉式回路，且變速箱與液壓系統(tǒng)采用同一油路。減速器選用德國ZF或意大利PMP公司生產(chǎn)的混凝土攪拌車專用減速器，柱塞泵、液壓馬達(dá)則選用德國力士樂公司的產(chǎn)品，能提供的輸出性能和超長的使用壽命。整個(gè)系統(tǒng)所使用的潤滑油型號(hào)為SAE15W-40，油品等級(jí)不低于下列標(biāo)準(zhǔn)：-MIL-L-46152C/-D/-E。

小型混凝土攪拌車攪拌車的電器系統(tǒng)由三部分組成：冷卻風(fēng)扇控制部分和后示廓燈部分。冷卻風(fēng)扇控制部分：冷卻風(fēng)扇的起停由溫度開關(guān)自動(dòng)控制，溫度高于65℃時(shí)風(fēng)扇啟動(dòng)，低于60℃時(shí)風(fēng)扇停止。溫度開關(guān)位于冷卻器上，繼電器與保險(xiǎn)片在蓄電池旁電源繼電器盒內(nèi)。后示廓燈部分：后示廓燈用于夜間表示車后部輪廓大小，與后牌照燈同時(shí)點(diǎn)亮與熄滅。
