須將操作手柄固定在攪動(dòng)位置，將駕駛室內(nèi)推拉軟軸操作手柄卡在定位塊的槽中即可。

鎖定的解除方法：

Release method of security lock:

混凝土出料前，將駕駛室內(nèi)推拉軟軸操作手柄從定位塊的槽中推出即可解除鎖定。

攪拌車使用時(shí)注意事項(xiàng)：

Precautions for use of mixer truck:

(1)新車開始使用時(shí)，須進(jìn)行檢查和試車，一切正常時(shí)，方可正式使用；

(1) When the new car is put into use, it must be comprehensively checked and tested. It can be officially used only when everything is normal;

(2)輸送混凝土的容量(重量)及坍落度應(yīng)符合使用說明書的規(guī)定；

(2) The capacity (weight) and slump of the delivered concrete shall comply with the provisions of the operation manual;

(3)攪拌車在露天停放時(shí)，裝料前應(yīng)先將攪拌筒反轉(zhuǎn)，把筒內(nèi)的積水和雜物卸出，以保證運(yùn)送混凝土的質(zhì)量；

(3) When the mixer truck is parked in the open air, the mixing drum shall be reversed before loading, and the accumulated water and sundries in the drum shall be discharged to ensure the quality of concrete transported;

(4)行駛時(shí)，加長(zhǎng)溜槽須翻轉(zhuǎn)放置在卸料溜槽上用掛鉤掛牢，再轉(zhuǎn)與車身垂直部位，用鎖緊裝置把卸料溜槽和加長(zhǎng)溜槽鎖緊在機(jī)架上，防止由于不固定而搖動(dòng)，造成事故；

(4) When driving, the extended chute must be overturned and placed on the discharge chute, hung firmly with a hook, and then turned to the vertical part with the vehicle body. Lock the discharge chute and the extended chute on the frame with a locking device to prevent shaking due to instability and accidents;

(5)卸料前，發(fā)現(xiàn)混凝土坍落度偏低，不能滿足用戶要求時(shí)，可適當(dāng)向拌筒內(nèi)加水，然后以12-14r/min的速度旋轉(zhuǎn)30轉(zhuǎn)后卸料；

(5) Before unloading, if it is found that the slump of concrete is too low to meet the user's requirements, water can be added to the mixing drum appropriately, and then the concrete can be unloaded after rotating for 30 revolutions at the speed of 12-14r / min;

(6)運(yùn)輸車在運(yùn)送混凝土的過程中，攪拌筒不得停止轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)，以免混凝土產(chǎn)生離析。

(6) During the transportation of concrete, the mixing drum shall not stop rotating to avoid segregation of concrete.
