Mixer truck is a common means of transportation for concrete and clay. It should be ensured that there is no error during transportation. During the whole process, concrete and soil will be mixed, so that the quality of concrete and clay can be maintained well until the destination is reached. The application requirements of the hydraulic rotation system are as follows:

1、新車開始使用前，檢查和液壓系統(tǒng)各處的灰塵和雜物，并檢查各處連接是否正確和有無其它問題。

1. Before using a new car, first check and remove the dust and sundries in the hydraulic system, and check whether the connections are correct and whether there are other problems.

2、油箱中裝液壓油到油標刻度線以上，泵殼和馬達殼內也要充油。

2. The oil tank is filled with hydraulic oil above the oil mark, and the pump housing and motor housing are also filled with oil.

 

3、啟動發(fā)動機，操縱伺服手柄使小型攪拌車拌筒在低速下正轉，觀察液壓系統(tǒng)是否正常工作。

3. Start the engine, operate the servo handle to make the mixing drum of the small mixer rotate forward at low speed, and observe whether the hydraulic system works normally.

4、油溫不得超過60℃，泵殼壓力必須小于0.25MPa。

4. The oil temperature shall not exceed 60 ℃, and the pump casing pressure shall be less than 0.25MPa.

5、注意散熱器上的風扇在50℃-70℃范圍內應是運轉狀態(tài)。風扇發(fā)生故障不運轉時，應及時修理。

5. Note that the fan on the radiator should be running in the range of 50 ℃ - 70 ℃. When the fan fails to work, it should be repaired in time.

6、補油泵溢流閥、低壓溢流閥、高壓溢流閥壓力出廠時已調定，不得隨意改動。

6. The pressure of the relief valve, low pressure relief valve and high pressure relief valve of the make-up pump has been set before leaving the factory and shall not be changed at will.

7、小型攪拌車油路中各部件及管路不得有漏油現(xiàn)象，如發(fā)生滲漏，應及時修理。

7. The components and pipelines in the oil circuit of the small mixer shall not have oil leakage. In case of leakage, they shall be repaired in time.

8、工作運轉狀態(tài)時，不得隨意修理和調整。

8. It is not allowed to repair and adjust at will when working.

9、液壓油泵、馬達若發(fā)生故障需及時更換下來送指定維修部修理。

9. If the hydraulic oil pump and Mada break down, they should be replaced in time and sent to the professional designated maintenance department for repair.

We should do a good job in all aspects of the inspection when driving a small mixer. The hydraulic rotation system is a key part of the whole mixer. Only when the hydraulic rotation system meets the use requirements can we use the mixer efficiently.
