(1)任何預拌混凝土在未添加緩凝劑的情況下，都在1小時(shí)左右進(jìn)入初凝狀態(tài)，這時(shí)再進(jìn)行混凝土澆注施工將影響混凝土的工程質(zhì)量。因此全自動(dòng)攪拌車(chē)運送預拌混凝土有其時(shí)間控制的輸送半徑。一般控制在1小時(shí)以?xún)?。從出料到卸料完畢的長(cháng)時(shí)間為90分鐘，且攪拌筒總轉數不大于300轉。如嫌原有的卸料槽不夠長(cháng)，需另外接長(cháng)時(shí)，請用支柱將接長(cháng)部分撐住。

具體操作步驟如下：

⑴準備工作準備好三根緊急驅動(dòng)軟管，卸下接管和接頭蓋。

⑵故障車(chē)(被驅動(dòng)車(chē))的操作

(2) Operation of faulty vehicle (driven vehicle)

①將故障車(chē)的發(fā)動(dòng)機熄火;

① Shut down the engine of the faulty vehicle;

②將緊固螺母(左右各有一個(gè))朝左旋松;

② Unscrew the fastening nuts (one on the left and one on the right) to the left;

③再將旋鈕朝右旋轉，直到不能再旋為止;

③ Turn the knob to the right again until it can no longer be turned;

④將高壓軟管從馬達接頭處卸下;

④ Remove the high-pressure hose from the motor connector;

⑤將緊急驅動(dòng)軟管接到馬達接頭上;

⑤ Connect the emergency drive hose to the motor connector;

⑥把緊急驅動(dòng)軟管上的接管與故障車(chē)卸下的高壓軟管相接，以防漏油。

⑥ Connect the connecting pipe on the emergency drive hose with the high-pressure hose removed from the faulty vehicle to prevent oil leakage.

⑶救援車(chē)(驅動(dòng)車(chē))的操作

①將操作手柄于空檔位置;

②將發(fā)動(dòng)機熄火;

③將高壓軟管從高壓油管處卸下;

④將緊急驅動(dòng)軟管接到高壓油管上;

④ Connect the emergency drive hose to the high-pressure oil pipe;

⑤用緊急驅動(dòng)軟管上的接頭蓋將驅動(dòng)車(chē)的高壓軟管蓋起，以防漏油。

⑤ Use the connector cap on the emergency drive hose to cover the high-pressure hose of the drive vehicle to prevent oil leakage.

⑷啟動(dòng)救援車(chē)的發(fā)動(dòng)機。

(4) Start the engine of the rescue vehicle.

⑸將救援車(chē)的操作手柄撥“出料”位置，使故障車(chē)內的混凝土排出。

(5) Turn the operating handle of the rescue vehicle to the "discharge" position to discharge the concrete in the fault vehicle.

⑹緊急驅動(dòng)完畢后，使兩車(chē)各自恢復原狀。

(6) After the emergency drive, restore the two vehicles to their original state.
