小型混凝土攪拌車卸料門接近開關(guān)與卸料門上的轉(zhuǎn)柄指針接近距離不超過5mm才能感應(yīng)信號。當卸料門因油泵壓力未達到要求或卸料門在關(guān)閉時被小型混凝土攪拌車里的殘料卡住時，接近開關(guān)接近不到轉(zhuǎn)柄指針而沒有信號，因接近開關(guān)或轉(zhuǎn)柄指針松動，使接近距離超過5mm時，接近開關(guān)也感應(yīng)不到信號。如接近開關(guān)損壞也沒有信號輸出。
