2、檢查驅(qū)動(dòng)風(fēng)扇：

電機(jī)是整個(gè)散熱系統(tǒng)中為關(guān)鍵的部件，散熱效果的好與壞，和電機(jī)的轉(zhuǎn)速及運(yùn)行的平穩(wěn)狀態(tài)有著直接的關(guān)系，它由連接車輛電瓶的電控盒直接供電，用電力驅(qū)動(dòng)電機(jī)高速運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)，來帶走熱交換器當(dāng)中的額熱量，給液壓油降溫。
The motor is the most critical component in the whole heat dissipation system. The good or bad heat dissipation effect is directly related to the speed of the motor and the stable running state. 3、檢查熱交換器：

攪拌車?yán)靡簤河蜕崞鱽磉M(jìn)行降溫。熱交換器上裝有電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)風(fēng)扇進(jìn)行散熱，讓液壓油正常工作，上面的機(jī)械式指針通過檢測(cè)管路當(dāng)中的負(fù)壓，如果出現(xiàn)讀數(shù)證明液壓油濾清器可能出現(xiàn)堵塞，剛開始出現(xiàn)的時(shí)候只需要拔掉上面的橡膠指針歸零，如果后面還出現(xiàn)讀書且拔掉橡膠塞之后還不了的話，就需要更換液壓油濾芯了。

溫度傳感器位于熱交換器的進(jìn)油管上，它的作用就是檢測(cè)液壓油的溫度，攪拌車散熱系統(tǒng)發(fā)生故障后，如果確認(rèn)不是保險(xiǎn)的問題，那就檢查溫度傳感器。
The temperature sensor is located on the oil inlet pipe of the heat exchanger. Its function is to detect the temperature of the hydraulic oil. After the heat dissipation system of the mixer fails, if it is confirmed that it is not the insurance problem, check the temperature sensor.

5、檢查散熱器控制盒：
5. Check the radiator control box:
散熱控制盒監(jiān)控和接受溫度傳感其傳遞過來的信號(hào)，當(dāng)溫度數(shù)據(jù)超過設(shè)定值后，自動(dòng)接通散熱風(fēng)扇的電路，讓空氣流通降低液壓油的溫度，因此散熱控制盒損壞后，散熱系統(tǒng)就不能正常工作，需要及時(shí)更換，一般情況下，散熱器控制盒不容易損壞。
The cooling control box monitors and receives the signal from the temperature sensor. When the temperature data exceeds the set value, the circuit of the cooling fan is automatically connected to let the air flow and reduce the temperature of the hydraulic oil. Therefore, after the cooling control box is damaged, the cooling system can not work normally and needs to be replaced in time. Generally, the radiator control box is not easy to be damaged.
