小型混凝土攪拌車全部展開各支腿油缸，包括擺動、伸縮（伸出和縮進 比喻在一定限度內(nèi)的變通）、垂直油缸等；臂架因場地、時效等因素局限，僅展開（全展）大臂油缸，其余臂架油缸收縮到位；活塞桿巡查：檢查泵送油缸活塞桿是否有拉傷跡象，如有則更換；檢查油箱各油口連接處，是否有漏油、開裂等現(xiàn)象。

將小型混凝土攪拌車的車泵送油缸液壓油排除，拆除砼活塞和泵送油缸無桿或鏈接閥塊；關(guān)閉球閥（應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域：食品、化工、石油、電力等），進行閉式系統(tǒng)排油和開式系統(tǒng)排油，排除油缸油桿腔油液和油箱液壓油。
Remove the hydraulic oil from the pumping oil cylinder of the small concrete mixer truck, remove the concrete piston and the pumping oil cylinder without rod or link valve block, close the ball valve (application field: food, chemical industry, petroleum, electric power, etc.), drain the oil from the closed system and open system, and drain the oil from the rod cavity of the oil cylinder and the hydraulic oil from the oil tank.
3、進行小型泵車油箱清洗，拆掉油箱底部防水隔板，用柴油或煤油清洗液壓油箱，用海綿吸出多余的油，然后用面團把油箱內(nèi)的參與雜質(zhì)粘干凈。小型混凝土泵由泵體和輸送管組成。是一種利用壓力，將混凝土沿管道連續(xù)輸送的機械，主要應(yīng)用于房建、橋梁及隧 道施工。主要分為閘板閥混凝土輸送泵和S閥混凝土輸送泵。再一種就是將泵體裝在汽車底盤上，再裝備可伸縮或屈折的布料桿，而組成的泵車。
3. 8、泄油管路排油。為保證油箱油液順利沖洗泄油管路，所拆除泄油管路接頭處低于油箱液面。

9、小型混凝土攪拌車的車泵泵車臂架液壓系統(tǒng)排油。因在排油前大臂油缸伸展到位，其余油缸收縮到位，故所有臂架油缸只有一腔充滿油液；另一腔因油缸伸展、收縮到位，所容納油液體積很小，可以忽略。例：排油前大臂油缸伸展到位，故排油時只需考慮排除大臂油缸無桿腔所容納油液。

10、支腿系統(tǒng)排油。從油箱處斷開支腿多路閥T口油箱管路，并將油箱接頭用堵頭堵住，T口管路接油桶，注：支腿系統(tǒng)排油時，不要兩邊同時排，例：排完左邊再排右邊。

Note: when the leg system discharges oil, do not drain both sides at the same time, for example, drain the left side and then the right side.
