二、外購(gòu)件、外協(xié)件均應(yīng)有制造廠的產(chǎn)品合格證，并符合相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的要求，經(jīng)攪拌車生產(chǎn)廠檢驗(yàn)合格后方可裝配。

三、攪拌車的廠定大總質(zhì)量不得超過(guò)底盤的大許用值，轉(zhuǎn)向軸(輪)載質(zhì)量和側(cè)傾穩(wěn)定角應(yīng)符合GB7258的規(guī)定。

四、焊縫應(yīng)均勻、平直。無(wú)漏焊、裂紋、央渣、表面應(yīng)無(wú)毛邊，包砂等現(xiàn)象。
4、 The weld shall be even and straight. There should be no welding leakage, crack, central slag, burr on the surface and sand inclusion.
五、所有外露黑色金屬表面均應(yīng)作防銹處理。外表裝飾漆應(yīng)美觀大方，符合GB7258的規(guī)定。

六、從進(jìn)料到輸送卸料完畢，允許的長(zhǎng)時(shí)間為90mh，且攪拌筒按規(guī)定連續(xù)運(yùn)輸不大于300轉(zhuǎn)。攪拌車行駛時(shí)，高車速不得超過(guò)如50km/h

十、輸送應(yīng)安裝牢固。各連接部分部件不應(yīng)有損壞、變形等現(xiàn)象，不應(yīng)有上車與底盤偏離原先的固定裝置的情況。
