Before feeding, check whether there is water in the mixing drum. If there is ponding, control the engine speed at 700-1000rpm and turn the joystick to the discharge position to remove the ponding.
2、 預(yù)拌混凝土：

a、 先注入總水量2/3的水；
a. First inject 2 / 3 of the total water volume;
b、 將1/2的粗骨料，1/2的砂，全部的水泥順次送入攪拌筒，隨后再將余下的1/2粗骨料和水送入；
b. Send 1 / 2 coarse aggregate, 1 / 2 sand and all cement into the mixing drum in sequence, and then send the remaining 1 / 2 coarse aggregate and water into the mixing drum;
c、 攪拌筒轉(zhuǎn)速及攪拌時間“

進(jìn)料時攪拌筒的轉(zhuǎn)速：6—10轉(zhuǎn)/分；

e、 攪拌完畢后的攪動及出料方法與前述相同。

a、 先打開駕駛室里的水泵翹板開關(guān)，再打開蜂鳴開關(guān)，水泵即可工作，同時，蜂鳴器發(fā)出“嘟嘟嘟”的叫聲；
a. First turn on the rocker switch of the water pump in the cab, and then turn on the buzzer switch. The water pump can work. At the same time, the buzzer sends out a "beep" sound;
b、 向攪拌筒內(nèi)加水或沖洗料斗槽時，開啟“料斗”閥門；

c、 沖洗出料溜槽時，開啟溜槽閥們；

d、 沖洗車身時，先開啟水槍閥門，而后可直接使用車尾水槍；采用氣壓供水：

① 先打開駕駛室供氣開關(guān)，當(dāng)主車壓力表達(dá)到8kg/cm2壓力再打開供水系統(tǒng)手動氣開關(guān)，當(dāng)壓力表達(dá)到2 kg/cm2壓力時即可工作。

4、 裝置驅(qū)動：

一旦液壓泵發(fā)生故障，可按以下緊急驅(qū)動步驟進(jìn)行驅(qū)動：

a、 轉(zhuǎn)被好緊急驅(qū)動軟管（即應(yīng)急軟管）；

b. Turn off the faulty vehicle (driven vehicle) and remove the high-pressure oil pipe connector on the hydraulic motor;
c、 將故障車（驅(qū)動車）熄火，將其液壓馬達(dá)的高壓油管接頭卸下，并與故障車上液壓馬達(dá)的對應(yīng)接頭軟管相連接；
c. Turn off the fault vehicle (drive vehicle), remove the high-pressure oil pipe connector of its hydraulic motor and connect it with the corresponding connector hose of the hydraulic motor on the fault vehicle;
d、 發(fā)動救援車，將其操縱手柄撥出料位置，故障車內(nèi)的混凝土即被排出；緊急驅(qū)動完畢后，將救援軟管卸下，并恢復(fù)兩車原狀
d. Start the rescue vehicle, turn its control handle to the discharge position, and the concrete in the failed vehicle will be discharged; after the emergency drive is completed, remove the rescue hose and restore the two vehicles to their original state
5、操作是注意幾個要點(diǎn)

1、在混凝土攪拌車作業(yè)前需進(jìn)行檢查，確認(rèn)轉(zhuǎn)向、制動、燈光、信號系統(tǒng)靈敏有用，攪拌運(yùn)輸車滾筒和溜槽無裂紋和嚴(yán)重?fù)p傷，攪拌葉片磨損在正常范圍內(nèi)，底盤和副車架之間的U形螺栓連接良好。
1. Before the operation of the concrete mixer truck, it is necessary to check to confirm that the steering, braking, lighting and signal systems are sensitive and useful, the drum and chute of the mixer truck are free of cracks and serious damage, the wear of the mixing blades is within the normal range, and the U-shaped bolts between the chassis and the subframe are well connected.
2、了解施工要求和現(xiàn)場情況。選擇行車路線和停車地點(diǎn)。

3、在社會道路上行駛需遵守交通規(guī)則。轉(zhuǎn)彎半徑應(yīng)符合使用說明書的要求，時速不大于15km。進(jìn)站時速不大于5km。
3. Traffic rules shall be observed when driving on social roads. The turning radius shall meet the requirements of the operation manual, and the speed per hour shall not be greater than 15km. The speed at the station shall not be greater than 5km.
4、作業(yè)時，嚴(yán)禁用手觸摸旋轉(zhuǎn)的滾筒和滾輪。

5、在混凝土攪拌車倒車卸料時，需服從指揮，注意周圍人員，發(fā)現(xiàn)異常立即停車。

6、嚴(yán)禁在高壓線下進(jìn)行混凝土攪拌車清洗作業(yè)。
